You guys need to watch the videos about rolled up my girlfriend came in she ordered 2 Large coffee and you ran out of large but refused to give her in the next size up
This store refused to provide roll up cups with my purchase of 2 large coffees. They had some small roll up cups in stock and argued stating the roll up rules have changed which I confirmed with other store supervisors that they have not. Someone else had this exact same issue in the evening at this location. I will not be returning to this location again. Very disappointed.
Also, the drive thru is made very awkwardly and was difficult to navigate.
I am a regular customer of this Tim’s on Alta Vista Dr. I found for the last couple of days the ladies washrooms have been very Dirty and have not been cleaned. You have have some very good employees and some that are very rude. There is on employee there his name is Matt he welcomes everyone with smile and he does an excellent job trying to keep the restaurant part very clean and tidy At the same time you have a short blonde lady who does nothing but complain about the job. Her hours, and management and the owners who cut hours and other things . So I’m very sorry but you will no longer get my business or any of my family and friends.
