Hello Management of Tim Hortons:
I wanted to commend one of your staff members. I believe her name is Sweeta (? spelling).
She’s the most courteous and knowledgeable that I have encountered at a Tim’s to date. I wondered if she was the owner because her product knowledge and customer service was top notch. I actually ventured down Yonge, I’m in Oak Ridges typically and stopped at your store. I was having a busy/stressful day an needed a coffee. I decide to park and walk in for some air. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much since it’s only coffee. But I have to tell you that Sweeta made my day. She not only served me like royalty but she also made me laugh and feel a whole lot better about my day.
I’m in sales and dealing with the public and customers can be frustrating sometimes. But I give Sweeta a gold star for managing herself as she does in this environment where folks of all walks of life are in front of you at the counter; like a box of chocolates, you just never know what you’ll get.

I have had an amazing customer service with one of the tim hortons staff Shikasta located at yonge and bernard street. I was having trouble deciding what to buy but she was very kind and patient with me and helped me in selecting a combo with a coffee and a smiley face on it, i took my combo on my way back to work and i had an amazing meal which made me feel really good at how she spoke to me and my friend even after having a mask on she managed to bring a smile to us by her kind and jolly nature. I would definitely want to keep coming here. Keep it up
