If the woman serving me at the walk up window wasn’t so busy chatting to the woman making my coffee, both of them might have realized they had made my coffee incorrectly. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I was on the bus a few blocks away. Sorry to have interrupted such an important discussion to place an order and ask for my receipt. Maybe if it was rush hour they would have been more attentive and less chatty!
October 23, 2018 at 1:08 pm , I come all the time at your store to purchased coffee, i was disappointed today to the lady who serve me not respectful, I order 1 black coffee, 1 steeped tea 2 cream 1 sugar and combo chicken wrap i ask that the coffee of the combo is double double. when i got my order just only steeped tea and black coffee chicken sandwich and cookie. I ask her if she charged me the double double coffee and she said she give me the receipt, if she did not charge me I’m willing to pay for it. anyway i pay 1.80 for the double double supposed to be but she give me black coffee again and she is so very rod she told me that i don’t know what is a combo is. what kind of person she is even grade 1 knows already what is combo . I want her to be evaluate may be she is the one don’t know what is combo and tell her to be nice talking to customer and attentive not to yell.

Those women that work at this Tim Horton are terrible. I order my tea and they gave me coffee, not once but a few times. I also order my tea before a few ppl and those people got their orders before me. They chat so much and not paying attention to customers.
