Just went to store 1231 this morning noticed their FREE Ten Tim Bit sign still up so asked to get with our order of 2 Medium French Vanillas, 2 bottles Diet Coke and was told it came to $9.56 and I had to spend $10 before taxes so topped order up with 1 hash brown to qualify. Employee added hash brown to get me over $10 and then said OH that promotion is over so will not get 10 free timbits. I reminded her the sign was still up so she should honor. She said no, I asked if Manager on site and she said yep and Manager told her NO. I pulled up to window to be greeted with a less than professional Manager JACKIE. I told her considering her sign is still up she should honor and that 10 free timbits would not make or break her store and she said NO not doing. I told her I think as a Customer Service Manager she made a poor decision and she sarcastically told me TO HAVE A GREAT DAY. Is this the caliber of employee you put in your store as a MANAGER??!! I expect to hear back from Tim’s store 1231 and recommend you deal with your pathetic excuse for a MANAGER. I am sure there are plenty of intelligent and respectable people looking to manage a Tim’s location and get rid of that RIFF RAFF!!
