This Tim Horton’s is horrible. Most people in the line up are there because they have very sick relatives. The night i was there Wednesday, September 11. My son had to be seen by a doctor, he told me he wanted soup so i told him to wait in the ER area and that I would go quickly get him soup… i waited in line for 25 minutes. There were only 3 staff working. I later found out that the Manager was Marcus, which i can’t forget because it’s my sons name too. When Marcus finally showed up from wherever he was he seemed to help the staff out a bit, but I don’t understand where Marcus was before this. I also waited for the soup for an exceptionally long time, and Marcus finally saw me standing there and asked what i was waiting for. Soup!! I got my soup and went to see my son. (No napkins in the bag, and no spoon) My son was already being seen by a doctor when I got back. Whoever was responsible for the schedule that night did a terrible job.
At the Tim’s at Cancer Centre, nobody in line up. I’m diabetic and needed food. Cashier stood talking to friend for 5 minutes, ignoring me whole time. I was disgusted and left.
