My son has severe autism. When we go to tim hortons he will only eat honey crueller and they have to be in one of the boxes. Believe me I wish it was easier but its the only way he will eat them. They also cant touch other timbits. Today they only had 5 honey crueller and i said np can you put them in a timbit box please. I was told it was their store policy to Charge 2.20$ for the box plus the timbits if there werent ten in it. No other store has ever charged this because you know they understand. Supervisor(who was wearing a Nathan nametag but later admitted her name was Joanne) even told me it was “not her problem” and “take it up with the manager if I didnt like it”!! Great customer service you have there…..not
