At this Timmies this morning around 8am. Placing my order was painful in that I had to repeat my order 3 times. I received my bagel but not my drinks. Then the person behind me was served with his coffee . I said “excuse me, where’s my tea and coffee” the 5 people serving ignored me. I needed to repeat this question 4 times (getting louder each time) until (after the 4th person behind me was served) someone deigned to finally serve me with the balance of my order. This is unacceptable. At the very least someone could have acknowledged my question instead of which I was completely ignored (presumably until I was too loud to ignore). Then I had to ask for a tray which was grudgingly given. I know these are stressful times but, really, to totally ignore a customer asking for their order is, as I said, unacceptable. I will not be visiting this “Timmies” any time soon. and would certainly not recommend it
This is the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. They move at a snails pace and consistently get the order wrong. Sometimes there are multiple people behind the counter and nobody is serving anyone. It’s frustrating and takes up way too much of my time. I would not recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone.
