downhill, now probably the worst Tim Hortons Ive been to. Orders wrong, slow, and the customer appears to be an inconvenience. Mobile pickup, Ive had to wait every time, even though I can see my coffee on the other side of the counter ready. From disorganized lines, to disorganized slow staff, by far the worst.
