I’ve worked for and managed A Tim Hortons in Thunder Bay and I Am appalled by the quality of service and adherence to Tim Hortons standards at the Intercity location, store #389.
In the last week we’ve had the following experiences:
– Employees did not sanitize or clean sandwich preparation station after multiple orders and made our breakfast taps on sauce left behind by a previous order. What if I was allergic to that sauce? How long had it sat there for?
– Employees are not asking customers for their rewards cards, often scamming the customer from their entitled benefits or holding the line up and speed of service to fix a mistake that shouldn’t have happened to begin with.
– lack of proper order taking has led to multiple orders being incorrect, we’ve gotten several wrong wraps and without hash browns that come with the deal.
– Employees are not up-saling combos when people order stand alone food items.
– They rush and make mistakes because of it
This is my honest opinion and observation, if you can’t serve Tims properly, close and allow a local shop that will set the bar that much harder.
