I have stopped here several times en route to Toronto, and the experiences are consistently disappointing. The Tim Hortons at the Woodstock onroute is notorious for its slowness, and people avoid it if possible. The problem is, after 11 at night, it’s the only restaurant in the onroute that’s open. Never mind if it’s midnight, the line is still six people long and the serving time 5 minutes. If you come with several friends, you’re stuck in the indoor traffic jam for 30 minutes or so. The Express beverage line that was added does nothing to help those that want a donut or a sandwich. Could the reputation of this place be changed by a change in service? I think so, because people will stop there all the time, and will return more often if the speed improves.
