I was about to order, when I saw the sandwich processing lady taking her gloved hands off the mop and into the eggs and sausage that the person before me ordered. I’ve asked the cashier to tell her to change the gloves at least. she told, nothing happened. I’ve asked the cashier to talk with a manager. She said she is new and doesn’t know the manager…? As I was there to buy breakfast and lunch for my daughter and I, we don’t do this often, I was forced to proceed with the ordering, as I was already almost late for work. I wanted to use two coupons, one for coffee, one for food, as we were 2 people. After trying and trying, the cashier figured out it needs to go on two separate orders. It ended up that she didn’t put on separate orders and I ending up paying full price, 2.99 for a medium iced coffee, instead of the 1.99 that I had a coupon for. And when I got the coffee, it was the worse iced coffee I ever bought, as it was made by the new staff that started a day before. Horrible! I had to eat the wrap made by the lady that didn’t wash hand from cleaning the floor and my stomach has been bothering me really bad since. This is totally inappropriate, I spent almost 10 $ to feel disgusted and sick and late to work. I would like my money back, and will not step into Tim Hortons again. My phone # is 905-379-4686. What a disaster, the drive through line goes through the parking lot like a snake always about 15 cars long. I always go inside and still have to wait at least 10-20 minutes when I’m never ordering coffee I can drive down the street to McDonald’s and get my coffee in never more then 5 minutes bye tummies
One of the worst locations for selection and overall quality. They have had no toaster for 2 days now how do you operate without a toaster ??? lol welfare location will not return good luck this store should be closed permanently.
