this is the best tim hortons if you like to have
the miss-management/owners supervisors asking you personal questions and talking about inappropriate content and harassing the employees right in eyesight and earshot of customers.they’re in love with the fact they can write their staff up and do so for any reason as long as its a petty one.one poor lady had lost a loved one and was written up for not smiling the day after?they also do not have any consistency with their policies and rules, contradict themselves and are very poor leaders.
So slow, always not enough staff
Slowest service ever consistently, even when there is only one person working the counter (which should never happen) they still take their time when the line up is out the door, takes 5-10 mins every time I just go in for a coffee,
Ridiculous !
It would be great if my coffee was more than 3/4 full next time. Otherwise it’s an ok timmy’s.
I’m a huge Tim Hortons fan but this is the worst location, and unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. The door has been broken for over 2 months, which goes to show that the owners truly care about customers– ya right!
The poor staff are pestered all day about it but it’s clearly a management/ownership issue, as they have to power to spend money on a repair guy.
There’s no drive thru so the door thing is an issue. Not sure why this place is getting a drive thru rating in the first place. Worst location out of all your branches. Figure it out RBI.
PRO: It’s a nice Tim Horton’s. The morning and evening staff are pretty friendly and I haven’t had much to complain about with my order and I’m there every day, sometimes twice a day.
CON: It’s a small shop! You’re lucky if you can get a place to have a sit-down with your coffee. Twice I’ve had to stand and wait for a table to be become available. This actually got a little worse when they installed self serve kiosks and two tables were taken out to make room for them.
RECOMMENDATIONS:. Get rid of the big round cafe table with four chairs and put two square tables, two seats a piece. Also, remove the divider near the washroom and you can squeeze in an extra table. That should help with extra seating until they either expand or get a drivethu.
Soooooo slow all the time!!! Have 3 people behind counter but still cant get through 5 people in less than like 10 minutes. Pretty sad.
Comparing how donuts look at other Tim Hortons , this store has to be at the bottom. There baker used to be great through the week although not anymore. The donuts look dry and greasy. It’s clear to see he’s icing the donuts to quick after there cooked so icing melts right in.. There selection is nil especially for there Tim bits! They’ve taken away the raisin biscuit which other places still carry. Perhaps this location should just cater for coffee eh!
The slowest place ever. I always order the same breakfast sandwich. it is never the same and so is the price.
This location is known as “turtle hortons” by anyone, when you mention the location. I watched a lady directing an employee to do her sandwich, the guy had no idea. For an two item order, you should not spend 7 min in the store. what do they do when they get busy?
