The girl this morning screwed up our order. Asked for 2 steaped teas and gave us coffee. We politely said we asked for stepped tea. The cashier said sorry about that the girl punched it in wrong. Gave us our teas and then the girl who punched in our order gave us our breakfast sandwich with such an attitude..looks so miserable. Awful awful service! Unreal. If you don’t like your job get a f***ing new one!
2 times in a row they have me the wrong sandwich not even close to what I ordered but didn’t realize until after so they charged me few dollars more for less twice
Never to return here brand new what a joke parking lot issues 6 staff members one person actually making drinks grabbing donuts and taking cash

New store is awful. Convoluted parking lot, inexperienced staff.
Mixing up orders. Seating not great.
New store poorly managed in my opinion.
Usually one person on cash working hard to take people’s orders and make coffee etc. Hence customers always have Long wait to have order taken . Need a least 2 people at cash at busy times
Bathrooms poorly maintained. Everything I use they are out hand soap. Makes you wonder if their employees wash their hands.
Not very impressive. I believe the owner has 10 franchises. Looks have problems with proper oversize.
