Just want to say thanks for letting my daughter go to camp
Hi there…just had the misfortune of trying to visit Timmy’s again, and once again the service leaves something to be desired…when I arrive there was a lady walking into the store…I watched her walk up and place her order…so I walked in behind her…then a young kid comes out of the bathroom with his baby, and I am asked to leave the store…although they are already one person I’ve their own limit for number of customers…so I asked why I had to leave, and if I am expected to wait for everyone in the store to go about their bathroom breaks prior to ordering..and if that’s the case why didn’t the other person ahead of me have to wait as well..so I phoned the owner, who defended everything of course, and was very patronizing from the start…and I don’t mind following the rules, but think they should apply to everyone, not just people who don’t know the people who work there…so I asked for head offices number, at which point KEVIN dUNN the owner told me to get it myself…at which point I told him to die…childish I know, but by now I am fuming mad at how I have been treated…quite frankly there product and service is so poor you would think they would appreciate the customers they have..but I guess Brazil is to far away to care lol
