You have some pretty rude staff there !! Was there today at 3:45 April 25 th 2019. Staff was extremely rude coffee was too full even tho I said not too full the bag that had the donuts in was soaked on the bottom. No please or thank you at all . I asked a question and the girl snapped her answer back at me. My 11 year old granddaughter said wow she’s nasty!!
Most days I stop by and staff are good except 1 teenager again no please no thank you.
If they don’t like working there then they should move on!!
I was at this Tim Hortons on Friday, April 26th, 2019 at approximately 5:45pm and I was terribly disturbed by the lack of customer service and professionalism. The drive thru line took approximately 15 minutes for only 3 vehicles in front of me. By the time I got to the window, the employee gave me the debit machine, and after trying it three times I asked him if there was an issue with the machine and he said, “do you have any cash?” only once I had answered no, did he let me know they had been having an issue with the machine. He did not offer any suggestions or apologies for the inconvenience and gave me a remarkable amount of attitude before he told me that if I wanted my food I would have to come inside.
Once inside, the staff had no communication between them whatsoever and did not even address me directly. Once I was finally able to pay and get my food I opened the bag and the hash-brown had clearly been sitting there for hours based how stale it was and the bagel was completely burnt. I have been coming to this Tim Horton’s for years and am incredibly disgusted by the attitudes of the young employees and how unprofessional they were with no word of an apology.
Drive out of my way to specifically go to this Tim Hortons. Selection and quality is by far the best. Debit machine froze today, handled it with great customer service.
