Today I met 2 employees boys rudes and racists.
worst tim hortons ever, service is atrociously slow, they are mixed up all the time. plus The bad attitude. Coffee always Tastes like water ( and i drink dark roast)
I have called and addressed this numerous times to a manager (sounded pakistanese guy)
I have calle dagain this morngin to address my issue with water coffee.. And he said to go to hell and hungup.
I have tried calling back and they are not picking up… WORST PLACE EVER.

Sûrement que le franchisé de cette succursale se fout de savoir que certains employés unis lingues anglophones,continuent de vs servir en anglais tt en sachant que le client s adresse à eux en français,pas étonnant, le franchisé est anglo, bonjour le respect de la clientèle.Ici vs êtes au Québec,do y ou know that?
WORST Tim Horton’s I’ve EVER been to. I have absolutely never seen such a horrible customer service and rude employees.
The employees there do not seem like they want to be there and give customers unpleasant attitude. They do not try to understand customers and take their time to do do anything. Asked for a BLT trio, they did not have 4 cheese, no sesame, no plain bagels, and each time, the cashier needed to asked the other workers, wait for a reply, sometimes ask again, and then slowly reply. Asked for a coffee 2 cream with that as well as an autumn spice latte, she said 1 second left for a bit then brought the coffee and asked if there was anything else as if she just completely ignored the other item. We asked about it and she replied there’s no more autumn spice latte, and again very rudely asked if there was anything else. To top that, the food was disgusting. The hashbrown was at least a day old and only warmed up a little, the bacon and eggs were dry, and the timbits were not fresh at all.
