On December 24, 2015, my 84 year old mother and I were in this store. When leaving, my mother slipped on water on the floor and fell, bruising her arm badly. Thankfully she did not break any bones! Another patron helped us get her up and made sure she was alright. I hollered loudly that the floor should be cleaned up and got blank stares from the Tim Horton’s staff, so everyone in the store and in Wendy’s heard and looked. Not one Tim Horton’s employee came to see how my mother was, nor did they check the condition of the floor. This disgusted me and other customers. I went to speak with the supervisor who appeared to have little interest in this fall. Again he did not inquire as to if my mother was alright. We got an ‘I’m sorry’ (too little, too late) and the wet floor was not dealt with. Very disturbing! This happened mid afternoon and the store was not very busy at the time. Understandably, I am very upset about the lack of concern and compassion, in your staff. I am wondering how you would react, if this were to happen to an elderly parent of yours. Very disappointing!
