Love this tim horton good staff
The service at this location is consistently terrible. The employees have no idea what they’re doing. 5 employees standing around while a line of 10 people is waiting. Constantly leaving the cash unattended to go in the back room, bickering or chatting with each other, not paying attention when you actually get the chance to place your order, have to repeat multiple times, surly attitudes and back talk. I asked for a sleeve and was told “ya ya, it’s coming, when i’m finished with the cash”
Employees decide to wipe down the counter and leave the cash empty with people waiting in line. They literally cut you off mid-sentence to comment to each other about something. And half the time they don’t have the selection you want and an employee has to leave to another location to retrieve it, again, leaving a cash empty and more customers not served.
The ONLY reason I go here is because the location is convenient from getting off the metro and before going in to my office tower. But even that convenience isn’t worth it. It will actually be faster to walk the extra steps to the Cathedral location and back, than to wait on the delays their incompetence causes.
