Not sure what happened to your crew, but the crew that worked on Feb 28 in the morning and lunch are very slow. This used to be the best tim hortons in the building. All the good staff were removed and placed elsewhere with the exception of Sophie. She is amazing. When she is not there, it is very slow. I don’t have all day to wait in lines and watch people move at a snails pace when there are people in a line up. My comments are based on the crew that worked on Feb 28. This is the same crew that normally works the afternoons and they are always slow.
