  1. Just went through the drive through got my order and girl dropped my 5 dollar bill and the ground and then waited for me to pick it up. This is totally unacceptable and I don’t know what is wrong with kids today. I will not be back to this store again and I am rethinking Tim Hortons.

  2. Went through the drive thru and ordered chicken noodle soup. Didn’t eat it until I got back to my office. When I opened it, the soup was half full and only had 1 noodle in it as well as no bun included. This is absolutely unacceptable.

  3. Drivethru is probably the worst I have every been to. This is a regular stop for me on my way to work, over the last two years it has gotten progressively bad. Slow service and wrong orders given out. This just happened again third time this week. Guess McDonalds just next store will become my new coffee stop.

  5. Drive thru greeter was beyond lethargic. I’ve worked at a Tim Hortons for two years i understand the level of customer service that is expected and this was the worst I’ve encountered. ” hello Tim Hortons….” was all I got then the price. Nothing else. Service was not prompt.

  6. Absolute most inept, and useless employees I have ever had the courtesy of meeting. I was treated like an absolute fool by the assistant manager, and when she couldn’t provide me with an appropriate response to my question she just walked away from me. The manager then comes and addresses my question, but again she couldn’t provide an adequate response to the query.

    I’ve currently been working in customer service( restaurant industry) for four years, and I am aware of how things work. I was completely polite and respectful. I don’t know if they were having a bad day, but they just refused to behave in a civil manner.

    I will never visit this location again, and I will ensure that I pay it forward in the future.

  7. Was a former employee, Made me get down on the floors, and scraped black scuff marks, and never appreciated the work I’ve done. Everyone here loves to fool around and not take their jobs seriously. Also, I’ve had an experience of purchasing my own bagel and employees knew I cannot have bacon, and yet they still put bacon on it.

    This location not thankful, not efficient, not caring.

  8. This is our third time there … and the last.
    Even though there was just few people the service was extremely low. And to our surprise, when we arrived home half of what we asked and paid for was missing..
