I am handicapped and find walking very difficult and am unable to carry bulky or heavy items like bottles of Diet Pepsi so if I get coffee at the drive thru I will often get 4 to 8 bottles of diet Pepsi at the same time as in this evening when I ordered and PAID FOR 8 BOTTLES OF DIET PEPSI. Apparently the person entrusted with the technically complicated task of bagging 8 bottles of Diet Pepsi was not trained on bagging training day on how to count to EIGHT!!!! because I only GOT 7 of the 8 large bottles of Diet Pepsi I ordered and PAID FOR!!!!!! That was ALL I ordered was 8 bottles of DIET PEPSI and apparently the order was too complicated
How do you plan to ensure I will get the bottle of Diet Pepsi that I ordered and did not get??????
