My husband and I had stopped going to this Tim Hortons for around 6 or 7 months, the service was so poor, it was clean but the manager and the workers were horrible, they would not even say thank you. They messed up our orders most of the time. I sent a letter right after they first opened a few years ago. We decided to stop by a few weeks ago. There has been a tremendous change, the manager is friendly, the workers are friendly, and they say thank you and have a nice day. I’m back.
