As an electric wheelchair user I appreciate the unfailingly helpful and courteous staff, who frequently open doors when they see me approach the store and who often are able to conduct me directly to a table, where they can serve me thanks to my Tim Card. It’s service like this from attentive, long serving staff members, who clearly enjoy their jobs, that help guarantee satisfied customers. Furthermore, I must congratulate and thank Tim Hortons for hiring and training so well other disabled people for its housekeeping staff.
The absolute WORST drive thru ever! sOooooooo slow and they dont have or carry the entire.menu. awful!
