  1. Very dirty server had bloody nose and was still serving food. It was awful very gross. He had a kleenex hanging out of his nose dripping blood everywhere. The place should have been shut down and sanatized. Stay away from this location.

  2. I would just like to say a BIG thank you to Hanna and Gail who serve me almost everyday on my way to work. They are both very professional, always serve their customers in a timely manner and most of all They ALWAYS have a huge smile on their faces. I look forward to my cup of coffee and always enjoy seeing their faces at the Tim Hortons drive thru….

    Thanks Ladies~

  3. This is my first time ever writing a review and I would like to share my horrible experience from today. Today we had our biggest storm this winter. I went to go get breakfast and coffee on my way to work – I decided to go through the drive thru as I saw other cars doing it. I ended up getting stuck and needed some assistance. I KINDLY asked the employee at the window if she could ask someone to help simply push me out as I was holding up their drive thru line. She went to ask and then came back to me with the response “No we cant” ……..what? No explanation as to why. So, I ended up getting myself out of the snow. Pissed. I am a paying customer and they aren’t going to help me get unstuck with my car in their drive thru? I called them as soon as I left, I admit I was mad – end of day I am the customer though, the employee needs to stay professional. Well, the woman who picked up the phone was anything BUT professional. Total attitude and tone – telling me that Tim Hortons will not pay for their medical benefits if for some reason they get hurt helping to push my car out of their drive thru. Saying comments like “Well are you going to pay for my medical bills ?” Making me more LIVID. My whole point I was trying to get across is, be a good Samaritan and help someone out when they are stuck in the snow? If their neighbour was stuck in the snow would they not help them out incase they got hurt and did not have medical coverage? Ridiculous. It’s really sad what this world is coming to that people will always want it to be somebody else’s fault and someone else has to pay. In my opinion, this whole situation I see it as laziness. I work in the health field – I do not have benefits either. If someone needed help in the parking lot of where I work I would not even think twice about helping them – due to the goodness in my heart. I ended up calling the store again after I got hung up on. I was given the manager, who was just as unprofessional as his employee. I wanted to know the girls name I talked to and was telling him how upset I was regarding the situation – he then proceeded to talk over me which made me raise my voice because he was clearly not listening to what I had to say. He then told me he will not talk to someone who is yelling at him and hung up on me. I am not one to complain, I work with the public everyday . – I know this is not how you treat people. To top it all off, they got my order wrong – which this tim hortons has a couple times even seeing my order correct on their screen – I have always let it slide as before this incident they have always been pleasant. Safe to say, I will not be returning to this location and word of mouth is a bitch when you treat a customer the way you treated me today.
