Excellent service provided every time, 100% given the time and dedication in making tasteful fresh beverages and food. Coming from a daily morning customer like myself making it a wonderful experience at store #2398. Staff always cheerful and happy, drawing smiles onto customers morning which is really huge in my opinion because I am always smiling when I drive through that location making a good morning even better. Special thanks to Frana, Yanal, Victoria and all the managers and supervisors that run it well.

This is my neighbourhood Tims. Great staff but BIG problem with Quality Control of their CHILL Quality Assurance can provide explicit recipe but when there is little QC, then QA is useless.
Other stores get this product right but store 2389 fails miserably. The product should be more honestly sold as “chili soup”. It is extremely watery, with resultant loss of texture and taste. Customers do not relate product to location as much as to Tims in General.
Serious QC is needed at this store.
I volunteer to do ad hoc QC reviews of Tims in Mississauga, if there are not trained QA/QC employees. A complimentary item is all I need for review. I am a retired, disabled Vet and would like to help. It also gives me something useful to do…help a great Canadian store.
