I go in almost every day to buy my coffee from this location due to the fact that I work at the mall. Very disappointed with the service and the way the manager treats his employees. It’s very disrespectful and rude. It’s a shame.
I have to agree with Ashely on this. It’s unfortunate how such a huge franchise like Tim Horton’s put responsible such poor selected managers. In this location, I’ve been greeted and served by the average employee with respect…but I don’t know if the manager was having a bad day today or if he always has such attitude. I wish I had taken his name down. If someone could kindly give me the phone number for the main Tim Hortons headquarters, I would greatly appreciate it !
I work in the mall and usually have a great experience at this location every morning. The supervisor on duty seemed to be very tired and irritated and was very rude to numerous customers. I understand we don’t usually open up early on Sundays but not one person gave her attitude once, she took it upon herself to start off every one else’s day on a bad note. If getting up and opening for 10 am is too hard then she may be in the wrong industry.
They messed my order up and refused to fix it
Be a Four different times I asked for a plain bagel and they didn’t have any. The last time I also had to wait way too long in line because only one or two servers were available.
The servers were always friendly just slow.
I am dairy free and this Tim Hortons does not have almond latte like they say ‘bigger locations have’. I say that is a shame. It’s time dairy free and gluttenfree was more accessible. Get more progressive, Tom Hortons!
