I visited this Tim Hortons while in Toronto a couple of days ago and was extremely impressed with the service! The staff is energetic, polite, welcoming and very engaging!!! They even asked me for my name and used it in our brief transaction…with a smile!! I asked for the name of the mgr and they told me it was Abhi Samriti. Bravo to you and to your entire staff!

The worst service I ever received is from this Tim restaurant as I told the girl to give me poutine and without even asking me she gave me cheese and chilli added to that poutine instead of regular poutine gravy and when I came home I eat it thinking that it’s veggie because i clearly mentioned that I want veggie poutine and now I came to know that,the poutine I ate was having beef in it and this is ridiculous as how can you be so stupid and dumb that you gave beef to a vegetarian person and I clearly remember her name was Mandeep.I must say if you don’t know what you have to make please then don’t gave something else too,rut now I am so mad on her.

I went with my wife and front of me was an Indian guy, speaking to the 4 Tim horton’ s stuff making us to wait more than 15 minutes to attend us. The stuff did not care if we were there is like we were ghosts. They were laughing, even the manager was agreeing with the situation.
No way to complain since they were from the same country. Stuff never apologized, last time I will be ther anyway!!
If you are not of there country do not go there period!
