Rude delivery driver – extremely poor representive of the company was defended in customer complaint process because it was concluded that instead of going to the restaurant for take-out, I was looking to be accosted by a truck driver and was successful? So much for the customer being right? Arrogance and unprofessionalism such as this is foreboding of a downfall. Tim Horton’s believes it owns the Canadian market, can make customers wait in line indefinitely, disrupt traffic in front of its stores, defend rude employees, and happily send money back to its parent Burger King forever. Just as Hortons did to Dunkin Donuts, a competitor will come to take advantage of these weaknesses and win the competition due to Hortons’ blind arrogance. I look forward to a replacement that will be industrially designed to serve its defined market. Not a donut shop without a kitchen, converted to a makeshift kitchen at the counter, making mediocre food. Good riddance.
