The staff are very friendly! Even though it’s almost always busy, you can see how the staff are working well and efficiently to accommodate each and every customers they have–drive-thru AND the lineup inside– big thumbs up for Melissa, Angela, Julie and the managers! Keep up the good work!
I was using the drive thru almost everyday however I found every other day my order was completely wrong. I’ve ordered steeped tea and was given coffee. I’ve asked for a particular breakfast sandwich and got the wrong one. My tea would have cream and sweetener (YUCK!) instead of the requested milk & sugar. I’m completely fed up with this location and will refuse to go there anymore. The level of mistakes has significantly increased and is now a waste of my time and money.
Every time, i picked up something bia drivethrough was total disappointment. Coffee is cold, breakfast bagel is either burned or not toasted. They do not even understand the meaning of slightly or well toasted. Stoppingby there is complete waste of time and money.
